Returns Policy
Before signing for delivery please check the goods yourself.
- If you sign for the delivery, this means you are accepting it and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund.
- If you find any damages or you are not satisfied with the product because it is faulty, please contact us with your order number and details about the product.
- Returned goods will only be accepted if they are returned unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of returned goods
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will do our utmost to put things right.
If a refund is the only option, you should expect to receive this within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Free collection is also available 8am-8pm from our warehouse by appointment.
